Do you just book parties or can anyone come play?
We have Open Play time as well as private parties. Feel free to check out the hours in the Open Play section under "Hours and Prices".
Do you have a Lost and Found?
Our goal is for you to leave with all the personal belongings that you arrived with. However, there are times that items are "lost" or forgotten. We will keep all retrieved items for 30 days with hopes that they will be claimed by their owners. All items not recovered after 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Can I bring my lunch with me to Open Play?
We apologize, but other than booked parties, no outside food or drink is allowed. This of course, does not include infant juice or milk bottles and snacks. If you get hungry or thirsty, we do have a concession stand available with snack foods/drinks including popcorn and nachos with cheese.
Do you have private party rooms available?
Yes. All parties include private time in one of our party rooms where you will eat and open gifts.
Will I be assigned a party host?
Yes. Your host will be available to help as little or as much as you'd like. Our goal is to make your birthday party as hassle-free as possible; so don't hesitate to utilize your host.
Are tips for the party host required?
Tips are certainly not required, however if you feel your party host met your expectations and helped make your day easier, by all means tips are welcomed and appreciated.
Are you open to the public when parties are going on?
That depends on when you choose to have your party. While we can host a party at anytime, most of our parties are on Saturday and Sunday and NO, we are not open to the public during that time. If you choose to have your party another time, we very well could be open to the public – depends on the date, day and time of your event.
If I wanted to, is there a way I could book a 2 hour slot and be the only party there?
Of course, you may reserve the complete 2 hour time window just for your party. The cost to do this will be $200 in addition to the cost of your party package.
How far in advance should I book my party?
Weekend party times book up pretty quickly. To ensure you get the exact date, day and time you really want, we advise you to call at least one (1) month in advance. Though we book up fast, we do try to accommodate even last minute requests.
How do I go about booking a party?
You can make your party reservation either over the phone or in person while visiting our facility. We will gather general information about your needs and the desires of your birthday child (such as theme of party) and from there your perfect party is born. We require a $100 deposit in order to hold the date. The balance is paid the day of the party. We accept all major credit cards, checks and of course, cash.
Is the deposit refundable?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund this deposit. If you call within 14 days of your scheduled event, the deposit may be used to reschedule your party within 12 months. We apologize but cancellations within 14 days of event will result in the loss of your deposit. We will do our utmost in working with you on emergencies that may arise. What do your party packages include?
Most everything. Our packages include 1.5 hours in the SHARED play area, 30 minutes in your PRIVATE party room, all paper products including invitations, tablecloths, balloons, plates, cups, napkins, forks, and spoons, a FREE t-shirt for the birthday child, a large gift bag to carry your gifts home in and thank-you notes. The best part is we set-up, clean-up and do everything in between.
What am I responsible for bringing?
Any food and drink you want to serve - that is completely up to you. Some parents only serve cake, ice cream and juices but some choose to have pizza, chips, dips, chicken nuggets etc. Again, that is your decision. You are also responsible for bringing candles, a lighter and something to cut the cake with. If you will be giving “party bags” or “loot bags” you will be responsible for those as well.
Can you provide any of this food for me if I want my party to be completely HASSLE-FREE?
Absolutely. Several party packages are available under "Book a Party".
How early do I need to arrive and what should I expect when I first arrive?
You may want to arrive 15 minutes early to set out your food and start greeting your guests. Because other parties will be in session, we ask that neither you, nor your guests arrive any earlier than that. When you arrive, your party room will be set up and you are welcome to begin using the room.
How do my guests check-in?
We ask all guests what party they are attending and we will put a corresponding armband on all children attending your party. Parents will be required to complete a waiver for their own child(ren) and then safety rules are covered. Once that is complete, children may begin playing. To expedite this process, you may want to print off the waiver and send with your invitations.
Will you give me a schedule for when to do what such as playing, eating, opening gifts?
Actually no, this is YOUR party – you decide all that. However, the only timeline we give you is that we will need your party room back no later than 20 minutes prior to your party being over. For example, if you are booked from 2pm – 4pm, we need the room back by 3:40. We strive to have all party rooms available by the time the family arrives so please help us stay on schedule.
If I don’t have as many guests as the package I purchased do I have to pay for it?
We encourage you to give us a final headcount at least 48 hours prior to your party date. If we do not receive a final headcount, we will assume the purchased package will accommodate you and will arrange the room accordingly. Once final headcount is received, we will be unable to adjust the package lower and you will be responsible for the cost of the original party.
What if I have more guests show up than even expected?
No problem. We can always add a few more place settings to handle your guests. However, each additional guest will be $7.
Who supervises the children?
Whether you are visiting for a party or during open play time, PARENTS are required to supervise their own children. We do have staff that wanders the floor periodically to make sure everything is in order, but ultimately, it is the responsibility of the parents.
What should kids wear?
The only true requirement is SOCKS. And, actually we suggest to the party mom to bring extra socks in case kids in your party forget to wear them. We do have socks for sale, but it does work out better if the party host has complimentary socks – just in case. Clothing with extra buckles or sharp items will not be allowed on the inflatables. A recommended article of clothing would be nylon type pants – they make kids go extra fast down the slide.
Can adults get on the inflatables?
Yes. We do encourage adults to get on and help the children follow safety and courtesy rules while playing. Adults will also be required to wear socks while on the inflatables. Belts, watches, change and other sharp objects will need to be removed before playing. Other than helping with your child(ren) though, there is a small charge for “jumping” parents.
Could I rent the facility for an entire day for a family reunion, company party or church event?
Absolutely. Prices (starting at $500) vary depending on date, event, total number of hours etc. We will be happy to assist you with your special event. Just give us a call.
